Bisque porcelain lamp with a Japanese hand-laid Hosho paper shade.

Sculptures created of paper were the inspiration for this contemporary form. All parts are artisan made and hand crafted in collaboration with the Augarten Porcelain Manufactory in Vienna. The artist uses materials reflecting the glorious past of the 17^th and 18^th century for the contemporary design combining Art with Function.
