Mark Shaw photographed the Vicomtesse Jacquline de Ribes wearing her latest Dior gown in the Paris living room of her father-in-law’s house. The ankle length satin gown is shown with a matching stole. A variation of this image appeared in the March 2, 1959 Life article; “Gala Evening Garb for Elegant Continentals.” All Mark Shaw prints are made to order in limited editions on Hahnemuhle photo rag paper. Each print is Estate stamped on the back and signed and numbered by David Shaw, and accompanied by a letter of authenticity. Lead time is four to six weeks, but we often receive them sooner.
